Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your product by visiting the Orders section and placing an exchange request on call or email (9217598690).

• Exchanges are allowed only for the same product in a different size.
• All exchanges are subject to size availability at the time of request.
• A second exchange request for the same product will attract an additional exchange fee of ₹250.

Exchange Process

• Once the exchange request is approved, pickup will be attempted twice.
• If both pickup attempts fail, the customer will be required to self-ship the product. Self-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
• After the product is received and passes quality verification, the exchange will be processed.

Return & Refund Policy

We offer easy returns. You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order by placing a return request from the Orders section.

Return Process

• Pickup will be attempted twice.
• If the pickup is unsuccessful, the customer will be required to self-ship the product.

Returns & Refunds Will Be Accepted Only In The Following Cases

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged or defective product received
• Missing item in the order

Please Note: Products with size or fit issues are eligible for exchange only and cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Charges

• A deduction of ₹150 will be applicable towards reverse shipping charges.

Return Guidelines

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Important Notes

• If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or missing product, a clear and uncut unboxing video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery. Claims without video proof will not be accepted.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the return is approved and verified.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
